These 3 M’s are said to be the only thing you need to run a successfool business. I believe so, so let me break down these m&m’s for ya!
Marketing – This is of the utmost importance. If you don’t know how to market and you don’t have the funds to hire people who know how, you got a lot of work to do! I feel that every entrepreneur in this day age should become a master marketer.
The ways to market these days are endless, believe me! If your in business or looking to get in business this would be the first skill set I would look to MASTER! I’m working on some pillar post that will help you out in this area, so that I’m not just talking about it! 
Mindset – Must think like an entrepreneur/leader. Must be motivated and know what your worth, what you seek, ie. 6 figure salary. You will never make more than you think your worth. PERIOD. Your responsible for your financial thermostat.
Understand the law of reciprocity, you get back what you put in. What I’m saying here is that you must create value for the marketplace and the people that you will be serving products or services to.
Everything is an investment…time, money, and energy, invest it wisely. Think BIG business. If your just starting out in business, please don’t spend your money on ads, spend it on acquiring skill sets that will help you manage and grow your business.
Famous quote that’s always stuck in my head, is by Donald Trump: "You Can Make Money or Make Excuses, You Can’t Make Both."
Last note on Mindset is…surround yourself with the people that are getting the results that you want.
Mission - This is key! As if the previous two M’s weren’t. But you have to have a goal, a mission in mind, this will keep you going when times get harder and harder. If you stick that mission statement or goal back in your mind it should spur you back into action!!
Maybe you want to quit your job, go on an exotic vacation or send your kids to college. Please don’t a make a mission to make this much money by this time, it must be something that means something to you!
